Paul W. Moyer & Sons, Inc. has been building custom homes in the Boyertown area for over 60 years. What began as a business building a few homes per year with a handful of subcontractors has grown to a contracting and land development company having built over 1500 area homes. The experience offered in all stages of planning and construction of residential homes is invaluable to the new home owner.
The family operated business began in 1954 when brothers Kenneth and Paul Moyer began building homes. In 1963, Paul W. Moyer, building contractor, purchased a farm to subdivide, realizing that well planned subdivisions would be the key to future area growth. In 1983, the name was changed to Paul W. Moyer & Sons, Inc.
Today the business along Swamp Pike in New Hanover Township is truly a family business involving sons, daughters, and in-laws. The family business is somewhat unique in that it provides custom homes in an industry that has become a choice between available package deals. The procedure is to meet with customers, discuss their needs, and tailor an individual plan.
As custom builders there is no limit to a particular style or plan. Customers are involved in planning their home from the beginning layout stages through the final stages of floor covering and paint selection. Lots are available in our current subdivision in New Hanover Township, Montgomery County. Arrangements may also be made to build on the customer’s lot. Home prices vary according to features requested by the buyer.
Residency in the Boyertown area makes the Moyer family well aware of the talented subcontractors of the area. Paul W. Moyer & Sons, Inc. plans to continue to utilize the abilities of local tradesmen and suppliers to offer customized service and quality workmanship.
We would be happy to meet with you to discuss the cost of a home tailored to meet your needs.
